According to cNet, "women are expected to outspend men in the $122 billion market." As the latest tech devices become more of accessories than plain electronics (example the hot pink iPod) it seems perfectly natural that women are now spending more money than men are on what traditionally was seen as "geek" toys. Furthermore, with women as the heads of over 33 million households, they naturally are making the decisions as to what technology should be in their homes.
